Secretariat

The PIDC maintains a small secretariat based in Suva, Fiji. The secretariat is responsible for progressing the organisation's work between conferences and meeting objectives under the PIDC 3-year strategy.

The secretariat consists of three permanent members of staff - the Head of Secretariat, a Research Manager, and an Office Manager - and two temporary positions - a Policy Leader and a Project Manager. We will soon also be joined by a Training Manager.
