Pacific Immigration Development Community
The Pacific Immigration Development Community's Regular Annual Meeting (RAM) takes place from May to June period each year. The venue of the Conference rotates around Member countries and territories. The 2019 Conference was held in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
The Tuvalu Immigration Division will be hosting the 2020 Annual Conference on June in Funafuti, Tuvalu.
The Regular Annual Meeting provides Members the opportunity to discuss the challenges and issues experienced by Members including the strategic direction of the organization. It also provides an opportunity for Members and other regional and international partners to share their knowledge and experiences.
The first PIDC Conference was held in 1996 in Suva, Fiji. Conference communiques are available from 2002 to 2018.
